YippeeYay! We had a parade today! Sweet Zophia inspired and led the way with her Shakti Life Kitchen flag flying for all to see. We marched with sounds of laughter and good cheer carrying signs for all to hear.
"EEt more Kale" spoke Chris as he embodied our beloved Cow.
"You are what you eat, Create a Masterpiece" spoke, the ever blissful Valerie.
"Grow Food, Not Fear" was carried on by our local hero, Gretchen.
The mother of Atlantic Beach Organic foods, Patricia, gave a lift to our "True Food Revolution".
Friends and family joined in, and what a grand time it was to carry on through our Atlantic and Neptune Beach communities spreading the good news that our Earth is here to heal. With the beat of the drum, a toot of the flute, and a wave of a flag our message was carried on.
Thank you Sunny Island Girl, Gabriel, Joan, Teri, Brent, Sydney and Tye. Three cheers to you Joanne, Aimee, and Nicolette. Jonah, you rocked on the drums. Turtle Island cooks, your pan tapping was sublime. Glad you joined in, friends of Chris. Sarah, your smile elevated our cause. Lovely Loughrans, thank you for making it all so sweet with Limeade and Gorp in the Garden.
To my Mom, my beloved Husband, and my from forever friends, your support makes it all so right.
So, rest easy tonight, knowing our shift to a Higher Collective Consciousness is finally swaying our way.
Zippidee doo daa Zippidee day, look for another Parade coming your way!"

Drove up Sunday from the Ocala Natl Forest to check you out, and never had better raw food. It was so delicious and such a beautiful place. I hope you are successful, as I intend to come back as often as I can for inspiration and the shakti.
